🧹 Cleaning of French Coastal Beaches
Every month, Ocean Zero Plastic organizes clean-up operations on the beaches of the French coast, particularly in Brittany and along the Atlantic coast.
These actions, open to everyone, bring together volunteers, families, schools, and local businesses around a common goal: to protect the sea by removing plastic waste before it spreads.
Armed with gloves, sorting bags, and a good dose of energy, participants collect bottles, nets, packaging, and microplastics left on the sand or washed ashore by the tides.
Each collection is also an opportunity to raise awareness among the public about the impacts of plastic on marine life and to encourage eco-friendly actions in daily life.
Thanks to these actions, tons of waste are removed from the beaches every year, restoring the natural beauty of our coasts and contributing to the sustainable preservation of the oceans 🌊♻️
